Horizontal Image of P.J. & Lisa

I love this cropped picture that I took at P.J. and Lisa's wedding. I was busy finishing off their photos and getting them ready for print when I started playing with this image. I cropped away the unnessacery elements to clean up this picture and made it a very contrasty black & white image. This will work beautifully as a big enlargement on canvas.

Otto & Carin

Otto & Carin got married at Lanzerac Wine Estate, in Stellenbosch. Carin and I found this beautiful location just off the Helshoogte Road a few days before the wedding. When it started raining on the day, I thought that we might have to look for a new location. But everything worked out fine. The rain clouds and weather created a dramatic backdrop to use in the shoot. It was worth stopping next to the road and climbing over a small broken down fence to get these shot. These are the moments that any wedding photographer live for! Carin & Otto, you guys where the stars of the show. It was so easy to work with the two of you. Clive and Joanne got married at Groenrivier in Riebeeck West. Riebeeck Castle and Riebeeck West are two of my favourite places in South Africa. Later in the reception, Clive serinated to his new wife on the guitar. We took some photos at Groen rivier and vineyards close by. Christie & Chriselda

What a day! Christie & Chriselda got married at Stellenrust outside Stellenbosch. But before the ceremony I took some of their couple photos on the beach in Gordons Bay. The rest of their couple photos we shot after the ceremony at Stellenrust. I ended up with a nice variety of beach, forest and vineyard images. The images that I absolutely love is the long cropped image and the other one is the one where the couple is standing in the vineyards with the last bit of red sun falling on them before it set. Thank you Christie & Chriselda. I really had a lot of fun! You two are such a easy and vibrant couple to work with. Hope you love these images.
